To keep your website online, domains must be renewed before they expire. Here’s what you need to know:

Auto-Renewal: By default, domains are set to auto-renew. You can enable/disable this in the Client Area under Domains > My Domains > Auto Renewal Settings.

Renewal Reminders: We’ll send multiple email reminders before expiration.

Grace Period: Most domains have a short grace period (varies by registrar) during which you can renew without penalty.

Redemption Period: If not renewed in time, the domain may enter a redemption period where additional fees apply.

Expiration: Once fully expired, domains become publicly available again.
