When you register a domain, your contact details are published in the public WHOIS database. To protect your privacy, you can enable WHOIS Privacy Protection:

Hides your name, email, phone, and address.

Displays proxy contact details instead.

Helps reduce spam and unwanted solicitations.
You can add WHOIS Privacy Protection during registration or from your Client Area under Domains > My Domains > Addons.
