With WHM, you can create multiple cPanel accounts for different websites:
To create a new account:

Log into WHM.

Go to Account Functions > Create a New Account.

Enter the domain name, username, and password.

Assign a hosting package.

Click Create.
To manage existing accounts:

Go to Account Information > List Accounts.

From here you can suspend, unsuspend, or modify accounts.
