Cloudflare is a major global provider for DNS and CDN services. They are currently experiencing an outage that is impacting website availability for many users. This issue is being investigated by Cloudflare and we are monitoring closely.

Cloudflare is reporting that the fix has been implemented and the issue is resolved as of 11/18 14:34 UTC. They will continue to monitor. We are observing that all sites are now back online.

From December 25 - January 1, non-emergency support tickets may experience longer than normal response times. Some non-emergency tickets may be placed on hold until the end of the holiday period. We will continue to perform all maintenance and emergency response during this period.
The server Penguin is having a time sync issue after a recent upgrade. A fix is in progress and should be resolved shortly. This may cause mail messages received or sent to show the incorrect time.
Hotel server went under a distributed-denial-of-service attack directed at a specific client. However, a DDoS attack affects every account as the server is put under extreme load. The issue is now resolved and all services have been successfully restored.
