This document outlines what activities are included within the scope of support for your Web Hosting or Cloud Server account.  Out-of-scope work is available at a billable hourly rate ($125/hour).

BACKUPS & DATA

We provide backup options as a convenience for our customers. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that business critical data is properly backed up. Restorations are not provided within our scope of support.

Third Party Services

Services that happen outside of Florida Web Architects are not supported by our technicians. Such examples include CDN services, DNS services, third party backup, etc. We are happy to provide guidance when possible.
