Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all products and services provided by Florida Web Architects LLC (“FWA”). By using our services, you agree to abide by this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of services.
Offensive or Prohibited Content
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Child pornography or exploitation.
- Adult content, obscene or indecent material.
- Violence, hate speech, or harassment.
- Deceptive or misleading practices.
- Defamatory content or violations of privacy rights.
- Content that compromises safety, security, or trade secrets.
- Circumventing copyright protections.
- Intellectual property infringement.
- Content promoting illegal activities.
- Malicious or fraudulent content.
Security Obligations
- You must maintain reasonable security precautions, including protecting passwords and account credentials.
- Providing “free hosting” or unauthorized sub-accounts to third parties is not permitted.
Compliance with Law
All services must comply with U.S. federal, state, and local laws.
Resource Usage
- You may not use excessive CPU, memory, or disk resources.
- FWA may suspend or terminate accounts causing service degradation to other customers.
Abusive Actions Toward Staff
Any of the following may result in immediate termination:
- Threats or abusive language.
- Profanity, slander, or harassment.
- Chargeback threats or false claims.
Storage Restrictions
- Services may not be used for mass storage or distribution (e.g., backups, media libraries, torrents, file mirrors).
- “Parking” accounts without a valid website is not permitted.
Unsolicited Email (Spam)
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages is prohibited.
- Opt-out requests must be honored.
- You must comply with the rules of any networks you connect to through our services.
Copyright and DMCA Compliance
- Customers may not distribute copyrighted works without authorization.
- Repeat infringers will have accounts terminated.

Notices must include:- Physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of copyrighted work.
- Location of infringing material.
- Contact information.
- Good faith statement that use is unauthorized.
- Accuracy statement under penalty of perjury.
Domain Registration Information

Customers must maintain valid and accurate domain registrant information at all times.
Internet Abuse
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Unauthorized access or monitoring of networks.
- Port scans, security scans, or intrusion attempts.
- Denial of Service (DoS) or Distributed DoS (DDoS) attacks.
- Forged email headers or packet spoofing.
- Interference with other FWA customers.
Disclaimer
Florida Web Architects LLC disclaims any obligation to monitor or police customer activity. We reserve the right to take action, including suspension or termination, for any AUP violation.
